Hair and Makeup: Clients are responsible for their own make-up and hair. You should come to the shoot with your hair and make-up already done. Bring all your makeup with you as you may need touchups or changes. If you wish to use a stylist please stop by their studio before arriving for the shoot. Do not get a new hairstyle or haircut immediately before the shoot. Clothing: To ensure that your eyes are the most important part of your photos, clothes should direct attention to your face. Solid, neutral colors work best. Keep necklines simple. Textures are wonderful - sweaters, jackets, v-necks, etc. For a natural look, wear comfortable clothes that you normally wear. Conversely, to create a specific mood, bring any clothes/costume that will enhance the mood you wish to create. Try on your clothes ahead of time so there are no surprises at the shoot. Keep jewelry simple and to a minimum.
Common Sense: Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or smoking allowed in any of our 1hr Free Headshots photosessions. Model Release Form: A signed model release form is required for the use of all photographs where the model(s) are identifiable by face, name, or distinguishing physical feature. Release of the photos includes, but is not limited to, photographic prints for portfolio, www, or promotional items. Please note that all original digital files/photos remain the property of the photographer regardless of whether they are "released".
