Today I had a photosession at JPI Studios in West Hollywood, the project was for a with very special client.

We used a black clyclorama for most of the shots, I had a little break when the talent was changing wardrobe and right across the street was a flower shop, went to get a couple of Calla Lilies, I always wanted to shoot a Calla Lily with my studio lights.

I saw this shot in one of Scott Kelby's live seminars almost a year ago, he was demostrating how to shoot tethered directly into Lightroom, so today I had everything, the studio, lights, a black brackground, tripod, laptop with lightroom, calla lilies, so I gave it a try and after a few shots, I came out with this image that I really liked.

I might try a different light setup later tonight or tomorrow...
